Red Point is a multi-family residential project proposed by Kingswood Properties for the vacant site on Scott Crescent and Highway 99 in Squamish. Red Point will be a 216-unit,
high quality, low-rise condominium with a future small-scale commercial component fronting the Highway.

The site is currently zoned “tourist commercial” allowing uses like bus terminal, RV Park, drive-in restaurant or motel/hotel. Squamish’s Official Community Plan identifies the site as more appropriate for residential use, like Red Point. In keeping with this vision and with a view that high-quality town homes are better than any of the above four uses, Kingswood is seeking to rezone the area to develop Red Point, a multi-family residential project.
